Here is an exercise I have made that can help you move from 3rd dimension thinking to 5th dimension being. The exercise may take as little as a couple of minutes, or it may take an hour. It’s purely up to you. I suggest you start with a short version and build up time once you familiarize yourself with the exercise. With warmth and gratitude.
Embracing the 5th dimension starts with actively working on clearing away the limiting thoughts and beliefs that are rooted in our 3rd dimension reality. This straightforward 5-step visualization exercise will help facilitate this process:
Step 1: Grounding
Find a comfortable, quiet space where you can sit with your back straight and feet planted firmly on the ground. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths, focusing on your breath as you inhale and exhale. Visualize a golden cord extending from the base of your spine through the ground into the earth, anchoring your energy and connecting you to the Earth’s core.
Step 2: Protection
Imagine a bubble of pure white light surrounding your entire body, shielding you from any negative energies or distractions. This energetic barrier will provide you with safety and security as you get in touch with the 3rd dimension stuff that’s holding you back.
Step 3: Release
In your mind, bring forth any fears, judgments, or beliefs that are rooted in the 3rd dimension. Acknowledge these thoughts and emotions, forgiving yourself and others for their existence. Imagine these limiting thoughts as an energy that you are releasing into the Earth, transforming them into positive energy and love.
Step 4: Receive
As you release the old beliefs and thought patterns, visualize the golden light flowing down from heaven into the top of your head (the crown chakra), filling your entire body with a warm, healing, and transformative energy. This light represents the 5th dimension’s energy, the frequency of unconditional love, joy, and unity consciousness. Allow yourself to receive this energy fully, embracing it in every cell of your being.
